More climbing.
Unbelievably for the 5th Wednesday in a row the sun shone and Jeff, Pete and I got out climbing in the evening. We headed for the South Crag of Castle Rock after I'd finished work and managed to get 2 routes in before the light faded. We firstly did the Direct Route [VS 4b] and then a variation on Slab Climb [S]. Chips and a beer followed in Keswick.
The view north on a stunning evening.

Jeff on the steep bold start of Direct Route.
Putting a tape on a spike for protection.
Jeff high on Direct Route.
Pete following on the steep start.
Fading light on the top of South Crag but we got one more route in.
