Summer nights.
At this time of the year it's great to get out after work and this week has been a good one.
On Monday with a good forecast we headed out for the Fellbarrow range. We parked at Loweswater and climbed Fellbarrow followed by Low Fell and Darling Fell. It was a stunning evening and the views of the fells around Buttermere were fantastic.

On Wednesday I was back out climbing with Jeff and Pete. The weather was not as good as forecast but we went to Shepherds Crag in Borrowdale and got one route in - Little Chamonix (V Diff) - before the rain forced us to make a hasty retreat to Keswick. The chips and beer were good.
Jeff climbing pitch 1 - Little Cham.
Pete appearing at the top of pitch 2.
Pitch 3 - one of the best V Diff pitches in the Lakes.
Tonight we went for another cycle but as it was overcast and 'breezy' we only did our short 13 mile loop.
