Mixed week.
It's been a mixed week of weather in Cumbria with some wet days and some dry sunny ones. We had a good cycle after work on Tuesday and I got out climbing with the 'old boys' on Thursday but we settled for walks from the house on the other days.
Today was very overcast and muggy. With heavy and possibly thundery showers forecast we settled on a couple of lower tops - King's How and Brund Fell above Borrowdale. There was no thunder but it was pretty wet at times. Nevertheless it was good to get out and get some fresh air.
