Summer returns.

It's been 24 degrees and sunny in west Cumbria today so we couldn't resist a walk in the hills. We drove up to Whinlatter after work and did a great circuit over Ladyside Pike, Hopegill Head, Hobcarton Crag, Grisedale Pike and Hobcarton. The western fells were largely in sunshine but towards the east the sky was much cloudier and rain looked likely. Once again we didn't see a soul on the hills.
